• Single application runs Online, which helps Online customers and Theatre Box office people to book tickets in single application.

Tickets booked by Customers can be visible to the Counter section. Tickets that are booked in the Counter can be viewed by the Customer while booking the tickets.

Easy Accessibility for Customers

• Customer can able to access the information of the ongoing movies, upcoming movies and show timings.
• If Customer wants to book the tickets for his favorite movies (Upcoming, Now showing) he can find available seats from the availability chart (Seating arrangements in Theatre).
• Customer can book tickets with multiple payment options like Net Banking (All Banks), Debit and Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER, Maestro, Rupay) through our secured online payment gateway.
• Booking confirmation details will be send through SMS and e-mail for each transaction. In case of any misplacement of booking information, Customer can retrieve from theatre website booking history.
• For any issue related to online ticket booking (Refund or Payment issues) or any general feedback can be sent through Enquiry Management.

Counter Section (Box Office)

• Each Box Office staffs has a unique login to issue the tickets for reservation and for current booking.
• For every MOVIE SHOWS Box Office staff can generate and submit collection statement to the management through Report Management.
• There won’t be any ticket cancellation option to the Box Office Staff, can be done only through Manager or System Admin.
• Few theatres will have Jump-D-Queue support for online booked tickets for direct entry without getting Print Outs from Box Office. But few theatres strictly follow the procedure for online booked tickets information should be showed to Box Office to get the Print Outs. We have both options according to theatre procedures.

Administrator Control Panel, In Simple

Admin control panel will have ADVANCE SETTINGS for allocating seats for online, Box Office, Blocking tickets for each movie and each Show Time with Easy Seating Online Tools.

ADVANCE SETTINGS also has the Price settings for each Show Time, allocating Box Office Staffs login, Refunds and Ticket Cancellation in unavoidable situation, Customer Management with booking limitations through IP address & E-mail ID, both online and box office Payment Collection Report & Settlements, Customized DCR Reports and much more.
